Terms of Use

1. Ratification of the contract
Visitors are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the zerantika.com.tr agreement from the moment they fill out and approve the zerantika.com.tr member registration form and/or use this system to receive any service or place an order.

2. Description of Services
Members who accept the zerantika.com.tr agreement will have the opportunity to shop online through the zerantika.com.tr website.

3. zerantika.com.tr membership system
zerantika.com.tr members are assigned a "username" and "password" of their choosing. The "username" is unique to each member and the same "username" will not be given to two different members. The "password" is known only by the user. The user can change their password at any time. The selection and protection of the password is entirely the user's responsibility. zerantika.com.tr is absolutely not responsible for any problems arising from password usage. To access services requiring zerantika.com.tr membership, the user must enter their username and password. This process is referred to as "logging in" on zerantika.com.tr.

4. Member's obligations
By using zerantika.com.tr services, the user acknowledges that the information provided in the registration form is accurate and necessary, and that they are responsible for any damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information, such as forgetting their password. In such cases, their membership may be terminated. zerantika.com.tr will not be held responsible for any information, messages, or files lost, incomplete, or sent to the wrong address during the use of its services. The user agrees not to access the services offered on zerantika.com.tr in any way other than that determined by zerantika.com.tr and without authorization. zerantika.com.tr will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized reading of member data by unauthorized persons. The user also agrees not to send threatening, immoral, racist messages, messages that violate the laws of the Republic of Turkey or international agreements, to use usernames that comply with general moral, ethical, and legal rules, to not harass or threaten other users, to not behave in a way that affects other users' use of the service, and to not post messages that defame, violate, are immoral, inappropriate, or illegal to the names of individuals or institutions. The user agrees not to publish, print, distribute, advertise, sell, or offer for sale any goods or services outside of zerantika.com.tr services, that all records or materials obtained using zerantika.com.tr services are with the user's consent, that the user is solely responsible for any malfunctions, data loss, and other losses caused by the use of the service, that the user does not claim compensation from zerantika.com.tr for any damages incurred due to the use of the service, that the user does not use zerantika.com.tr services for commercial or advertising purposes without permission from zerantika.com.tr, that zerantika.com.tr may monitor the entire system at any time or continuously, that zerantika.com.tr has the right to take necessary actions and remove the member from the service and terminate membership if the user acts contrary to the rules, that zerantika.com.tr may use its system for commercial purposes, that the member is personally responsible for all transactions made under the name "user," and that the customer makes purchases on the system using a valid credit card. The customer acknowledges and agrees that they must make the purchase through zerantika.com.tr, that they cannot make a purchase from the system if their credit card validity is not approved, that they must present a valid ID card upon request during delivery, allow their personal information to be recorded, and sign the relevant documents; that failure to sign may result in the product not being delivered; and that if the product is received by another person, the recipient must sign a document stating that they know the person who sent the product to them on behalf of zerantika.com.tr. Failure to sign this document may result in the product not being delivered, and consequently, the order being considered invalid.

6. Personal and non-commercial use restriction.
Customers agree that all purchases are for personal use only.

7. Prices
The currencies of the products may vary depending on the product group, such as EURO, DOLLAR, or TURKISH LIRA. The Central Bank's foreign exchange selling rates are used to convert foreign currency products to Turkish Lira.

8. Taxation
Any legal changes occurring outside the scope of this agreement are not the responsibility of zerantika.com.tr and will be reflected in this agreement accordingly.

9. Product Delivery
The shipping process for orders begins after the credit card security check is completed or your bank transfer/EFT payment is confirmed. For all online purchases made via Credit Card/Bank Transfer/EFT, your ordered products will be delivered by courier to the shipping address you specified in your membership or order form. By doing so, you confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct. The average shipping time varies depending on the product group. Generally, products are shipped within 2-3 business days, although short delays may rarely occur due to supply chain issues; in this case, you will be notified by email. Also, some products are manufactured to order, so delivery times may be longer. Returns are not possible for products manufactured to order. During delivery, the courier will have you sign the invoice after verifying your identification (such as your National Identity Card or Driver's License) used in the order, and then deliver your product. If the customer is not found at the address specified in the system during the courier delivery process, a delivery note will be left for the customer. If the customer calls the phone number indicated on the delivery note within three days, delivery will be made to the same address for a fee.

10. Product Returns
Consumer law provisions apply to product returns as long as the original packaging of the products has not been opened.

11. Validity of zerantika.com.tr registrations.
The member acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that in any disputes arising from this agreement, the ledger records, microfilm, microfiche, and computer records of zerantika.com.tr shall constitute valid, binding, conclusive, and exclusive evidence within the meaning of Article 287 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and that this article constitutes an evidentiary agreement. The member also waives in advance any objections to the zerantika.com.tr records, the right to swear an oath regarding their proper keeping, and any copyright rights.

12. Applicable Provisions
In case of any disputes arising in connection with this contract, the provisions of this contract shall apply first, and in cases where there are no provisions, Turkish laws (Civil Code, Commercial Code, Code of Civil Procedure, Civil Code, etc.) shall apply.

13. Competent Courts and Enforcement Offices
The courts and enforcement offices of Denizli shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement.

14. Entry into force
This agreement enters into force between the parties indefinitely from the moment the user completes the membership form, uses the system to receive services, or places an order.

15. Termination
zerantika.com.tr may terminate this agreement at any time.
All written and visual materials on this site are copyrighted by zerantika.com.tr. They may not be used or copied in any printed or electronic medium without permission.

16. Responsibilities
zerantika.com.tr may temporarily suspend or completely shut down the system at any time. zerantika.com.tr will not be liable to its members or third parties for any temporary suspension or complete shutdown of the system. Usernames and passwords will become valid after the customer completes the application fields provided by zerantika.com.tr. zerantika.com.tr may arbitrarily and indefinitely prevent customers who have completed all fields or who have a password from obtaining a new password or using their existing password. zerantika.com.tr owns the intellectual property rights and copyrights arising from the ownership of information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc., that it produces and/or purchases from external sources. zerantika.com.tr's sales are limited to its own stock. zerantika.com.tr may support or directly conduct any advertising and promotional activities targeting the customer within zerantika.com.tr, using customer information held by zerantika.com.tr, without the customer's consent. Although product photos on zerantika.com.tr are taken with a 12 MP digital camera, they may not be exactly the same as the original product. There may be minor differences in patterns and colors. zerantika.com.tr is not responsible for any damage to products sold on zerantika.com.tr resulting from failure to follow the usage instructions. Products sold on zerantika.com.tr belong to zerantika.com.tr or the relevant manufacturer, and copying them is prohibited. zerantika.com.tr is responsible for changing the price and product specifications of products offered for sale on zerantika.com.tr. In case of errors in price or product specifications, zerantika.com.tr may correct the error and deliver the product accordingly, or cancel the order and refund the order amount to the customer's account. zerantika.com.tr may provide links to other websites. In this case, the member acknowledges that zerantika.com.tr is not responsible for the content of the websites they access. zerantika.com.tr may make changes to the application of this agreement, modify existing clauses, or add new clauses in the future due to technical necessities and compliance with legislation. zerantika.com.tr may convert services that do not require membership to services that require membership in the future. zerantika.com.tr may open additional services, partially or completely change some of its services, or convert them to paid services.
