Delivery Information
If the shipping cost for the products you have purchased is above the amount stated on the website, it will be covered by our company.
Orders placed through our website will be delivered to you by our partner shipping company.
The shipping companies we generally work with are Hepsijet, Aras, Sürat, Yurtiçi, or PTT Kargo.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided to you after your product has been dispatched.
Things to Note When Receiving Your Order
Generally, all products offered for sale on our website are in stock. Your orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of payment. Customers should be careful during delivery to avoid tearing, puncturing, or similar damage that may occur during transportation/shipping. Please check that the number of packages you receive matches the number of packages stated on the logistics company's shipping invoice. If the number of packages does not match, inform the delivery company employee, refuse delivery, and notify our customer service. If you still wish to accept the product in this condition, please do so with a written record of the damage. Customers who act otherwise will be directly responsible for any damage to the product they have purchased.
Sales made through our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and we implement the provisions of these laws and regulations.
According to Article 4 of the Law on Consumer Protection, “Goods that contain material, legal, or economic deficiencies that contradict the qualities stated in the promotional and user manuals or in advertisements and announcements, or that reduce the benefits that the consumer expects from them in terms of their intended use, are considered defective goods. If the customer notifies the seller of the defective goods within 7 days from the date of delivery, they have the right to return the product.”
Products manufactured to order cannot be returned.
To benefit from the rights mentioned above by submitting a defective product notification;
If a product's characteristics differ from those stated in its description, or if it has deficiencies that reduce the benefit the customer expects from the product, it is classified as a defective product.
The customer must report the defective product within 7 days.
To return a product, you must contact us using the contact information provided on our website. Products sent without prior notification of return will not be accepted.
The return must be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, with the packaging of the purchased product undamaged, intact and the product unused.
Return period
zerantika.com.tr will refund the price of your product to you in the same way you paid on zerantika.com.tr, provided that the above-mentioned conditions are met, once the product reaches us and the return process is completed. If you paid with a credit card, it will take between 7-14 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. For payments made to bank accounts, the bank's wire transfer/EFT transfer times apply.
Terms of Change
For color, model, etc. exchanges, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us first regarding the product you wish to exchange. If the product you wish to exchange is in stock, the new product will be shipped within 2-3 business days after we receive it. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
